Police say naked man flailed car with stolen pigeon
SUFFOLK, Va. (AP) -- Police say they arrested a naked man clutching a pigeon he'd been beating against a car. Police say two Whaleyville residents had just pulled into their driveway Friday night when 30-year-old Juan Lopez of Virginia Beach came up and repeatedly pounded the pigeon on the car.
